What is the ETA of my order?
You can expect your order to arrive within 7 days from the date it was shipped if you're based in the US.
You can expect your order to arrive within 14 days from the date it was shipped if you're based outside of the US.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. If you haven’t seen an update after 3 business days, please reach out so we can check on it for you.
Why hasn’t my paddle arrived yet?
Your paddle is already in transit to you. Sometimes orders need a few more days to progress with the carrier. We typically recommend waiting until the 10th day, and if it still hasn’t arrived by then, we’ll step in to resolve it.

Can I request a specific paddle weight?
In order to prioritze shipping speed for all of our customers, we aren’t able to accommodate specific weight requests for our paddles. Note that Neonic Paddles are known for being on the lighter side by default as it's one of our appeals. You can always customize your weight setup if you're looking for a heavier weight! We appreciate your understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free international shipping, but please note that shipping times may be longer for orders outside the US. Unfortunately, some products may be unavailable internationally at times. We’ll inform you if this applies to your order.
International orders won't receive any extra fees, customs, or duties. If you end up being charged, notify our team and we'll cover them.
Can I return a paddle if I change my mind?
Yes, you can absolutely return a paddle if you change your mind! We offer a full refund for unused paddles. However, if the paddle has been used, there will be a 20% restocking fee. This fee applies if the plastic wrap has been taken off the handle as well.
Why do international shipments take longer?
We apologize for the delay in your order. International shipments can take longer due to customs processing and potential carrier delays. We’re doing our best to get it to you as soon as possible!
What should I do if my shipment status shows "stuck" or hasn’t moved?
Please wait a few days as sometimes tracking updates can be delayed. If the status doesn’t change or remains stagnant for over a week, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
How can I track my order?
Please use our online tracker to track your order. Have your order number and email ready.
Can I cancel my order?
If the item has been shipped:
Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order at this time since it has already been shipped. However, you are welcome to return the paddle for a full refund. Please set up a return using this link once you receive your paddle. Our team cannot assist with canceling a order once it's been shipped.

Can I change my order details, such as the shipping address or paddle color?
If the item has been shipped:
Your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address or paddle color at this time. However, you are welcome to make an exchange once your receive the item. Please set up an exchange using this link once you receive your paddle.
If the item has not yet shipped:
Yes, we can make changes to your order details, including the shipping address or paddle color. Please email us as quickly as possible at orders@neonicpickleball.com.
