Warranty

Neonic Pickleball offers a 180-day warranty for the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship errors. Any issues that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be sent a replacement paddle.

To be eligible for this warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.

Neonic Pickleball reserves the right to inspect the paddle before approving the warranty request. Normal wear and tear, damage due to improper usage, modified items, commercial use of items, fading of the graphics, and wear on the grip from normal use are not covered by warranty.

Our Return Policy

You will have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. All items must either be new/unused and contain all original packaging and accessories to receive full credit. Items not in a resellable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We will provide a USPS return label for you and deduct $10 from your refund for the return shipping cost if your refund is accepted.
Any returns received in poor condition will not be eligible for a return.
Please allow 3-5 days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will then be issued within 5 business days.
 

Shipping Information​

 

If your package was marked delivered but nowhere to be found, please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and even with your neighbors. We've had customers find packages in any of the above locations. If your package still hasn’t turned up in 3 more days, please contact us at support@neonicpickleball.com

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND LOCATIONS

 

Our standard shipping are 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays, plus 1-2 days for processing. Please contact the mail carrier (USPS) for updates regarding your order status.

STOLEN PACKAGE, NOT RECEIVED, OR WRONG ADDRESS?

 

Neonic Pickleball is not responsible for misdelivered orders due to an incorrect shipping address. Neonic Pickleball does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
