If your package was marked delivered but nowhere to be found, please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and even with your neighbors. We've had customers find packages in any of the above locations. If your package still hasn’t turned up in 3 more days, please contact us at support@neonicpickleball.com

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND LOCATIONS

 

Our standard U.S. shipping are 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays, plus 1-2 days for processing. Please contact the mail carrier (USPS) for updates regarding your order status.

International shipping times will take between 10-15 business days to deliver, plus 1-2 days for processing.
